This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of the Natural Secrets Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Natural Secrets. You can access the Terms and Conditions at any time from the bottom of any page of the site.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully, as making a purchase or becoming a member signifies acceptance of these terms.
Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using a secure online Visa, MasterCard or Bank Account via PayPal. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security methods and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfilment.
If you click on links and banners on naturalsecrets.com.au, that take you to third-party websites, you will be subject to their privacy policies. Share-In-Care Marketing Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for the actions of any third-party websites.

In order to complete a purchase you will be asked to register as a member of naturalsecrets.com.au or checkout as a guest. By registering as a member you will be able to purchase Natural Secrets products and opt to receive regular emails.
By submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time. Wholesale orders off our website will not be accepted.
All promotions, sales and codes will finish on the specified date according to AEST.
Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country and must obey the regulations concerning the customer requirements.
Amendments to orders can be made by contacting Natural Secrets via email or telephone and speaking with someone who will then receive permission to change the order. If an order has already been dispatched we will not be able to exchange the product.
Order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
Orders can only be placed with naturalsecrets.com.au by persons with capacity to contract who are over the age of 18.
After choosing to place an order with Natural Secrets, we are pleased to advise of the following process:
- You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
- When goods are dispatched from our warehouse you shall receive an email confirming your delivery has been successfully shipped.
- Goods shall be packaged to prevent product damage during transport.
Delivery to Australian residents is charged at a flat rate of $7.90 for all orders under $40.
Orders over $40.00 will receive free standard postage with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Natural Secrets reserves the right to end or change this free shipping offer at any time.
Naturalsecrets.com.au may not be able to provide delivery to all areas, and if so, a full refund of your order will be provided. Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received except on public holidays or during festive seasons. Orders will arrive between approximately 3 – 5 business days from dispatch. However please note: Share-In-Care Marketing Pty Ltd cannot make guarantees on behalf of Australia Post.

Please be advised that orders placed on & between December 20, 2013 and January 6, 2014 will not be despatched until January 7 & 8. Thank you for your patience as we observe the holidays with our friends & family.
All pricing is displayed in Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). In the interest of fairness to consumers and retailers our products are set at recommended retail pricing. We are not a discount outlet for Natural Secrets products but from time to time, to support our online customers and offer them the same opportunities received by in-store customers, we offer promotions and discounts. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.
We make every effort to ensure that your purchase arrives to you in perfect condition. Should you experience a problem with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 9709 2457 and we will do our best to resolve any issue.
Share-In-Care Marketing does not have to provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose carefully.
Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product for (1) damaged in transport or (2) incorrect goods received. We advise this must be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by telephone or email.
After confirming claims when receiving the returned goods at our warehouse, we shall then promptly (a) re-supply the item(s) or (b) credit the relevant invoice appropriately. Importantly it is always the customers responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening.
Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened & in their original condition.
